2020 has changed the way we work. In this new era, employees’ work lives are no longer separate from their personal lives. Collectively, we are moving away from the idea of work-life balance and are looking at life more holistically. We understand we have one, whole life. With 70 percent of employee’s reporting not wanting to return to the office, it seems a hybrid work-from-home and in-office model is the new way forward.
